Sunday

Sunday is that first day in every week. it marks the beginning of a new week.
For Christians,  it is the time to worship, for thanksgiving.  It is a day of special consecration to God. It is a unique day for the Christian festival of fellowship and worship.
 In the lives of Believers,  Sunday is important,  glorious and historic because it has always been the reminder of Christ Resurrection from the dead. Hence, the practice of Christians assembling to worship.  This dates back back to the beginning of Christian era.

The Importance of Sunday Worship:

1. To worship God through prayer of supplication,  praise and worship,  thanksgiving and testimonies.
2. To listen to God's Word,  for faith renewal, to correct and repent and encourage one another.
3. To fellowship with other believers in other to pray for each other and encourage one another too.

Do always remember the importance of fellowship because,  If not for these sincere reasons, note 'going to Church doesn't make you a Christian any more than going to the mechanic workshop to fix your car'.

May our reasons to live through this week, our hopes, prayers and expectations come alive as we enjoy the new week.
